Hey Divine Spirits,
Let's have a discussion about secrets! We all have them, hold them to dear life, and have confessed one or two along the way. Secrets are the hidden parts of ourselves we don't want those we care about to know about. Subconsciously, whatever the topic of the secret, we value their opinion and fear their judgement, so we hold the shame to ourselves as well as our hidden pleasures.
Usually though not always, secrets involve something we enjoy, but in the eyes of society is looked down on. It's not morally or ethically correct. However, it's a part of you and your body requires it and your brain keeps it. That yellow sticky stuck on your mind that allows you to recapture that moment over and over again.
Information so intensifying can't be kept to ourselves? Of course not, we have to confess to someone about the crime we've committed, the oath we've broken, and break our silence. Some of us may do it drunk, when we have our courage juice. But lets not forget, even though we're intoxicated, the person is still listening to us reveal this juicy information about ourselves saying to themselves, "holy shit"! Even drunk, your spirit knows it needs to be released.Your spirit and your mind begins to demand that you confess your betrayal to yourself and reveal it another.
This is your conscious. You've held this secret because it holds guilt and shame around it. You know you are deceiving one's perception of the situation. Ultimately, you are pretending to live a certain lifestyle based on a lie. This can ruin your credibility and your respect in your private and social circles.
Stay in your truth about your desires and inner feelings. Speak to someone who's understanding, humble, and wise. Someone who will not judge your thoughts. Allowing these thoughts to verbally leave your mouth and talking to someone, may possibly stop the action from happening. You're allowing yourself a chance to change your way of thinking and bring you back to the true reality of the situation.
Secrets are little cries for help. They hurt you and damage loved one's and those who care about you. Secrets can break the trust in any relationship, friendship, and/or partnership. Secrets when discovered makes people question you, your actions, and your motives.
Remember secrets are for the weak so speak your truth, and your actions will show your true strength!

Peace and knowledge!
