Release Your Life Energy!

It is essential to maintain and restore the body’s balance of energy. This life energy flows through the body and along its channels. There are a twelve major channels that involves the organs, and around these organs is where your life energy tends to gather. Stress, poor eating habits, diseases, and injuries are some examples why energy gets trapped in certain areas of the body. Our mission is to release this trapped energy so it can move freely and circulate throughout the entire body providing peace and comfort.

Body massages on your pressure points can release this trapped energy causing pain and discomfort. That’s why massages relax the body because it moves the energy that is trapped in that particular area of the body causing discomfort. In Japanese cultures, practitioners practice balancing the patient’s yin and yang. The “yin” is the energy within and the “yang’ is what’s active on the surface. Perhaps this is why meditation is effective for releasing trapped energy as well. It allows the mind to be free, so that energy can flow freely and distribute evenly throughout the body.

We must train our bodies to relax so that we can release our pain, illnesses, and stress. Taking time to reflect on our inner issues as well as the outer will give us the balance we need to resolve any concerns we may have in our lives. If you’re in pain or constantly sick, there may be some inner issues that you are not facing that’s reflecting on your organs and overall health. We need to remove these blockages to improve our mental and physical health to maintain balance.

Practice body therapy with your friends and family to help release pain and stress. Taking time to discuss personal issues or problems with others will be therapeutic as well.
