Breathe and Relax

Today’s message from Spirit is to find time to breathe and relax your mind, body, and soul. I know sometimes this is hard to do with so many things on our plate, and taking care of our responsibilities, but it is necessary that we take out personal time for ourselves. Meditation is a great way to let go your troubles and to pretty much reboot every aspect of your being. It helps us recharge, so that we can face any situations with an open mind and heart.

Stress and rushing yourself only causes harm to the body. It causes all types of illnesses and it also affects you mentally. When we are unable to think clearly, we lash out at people for no reason, we make poor decisions, and we lose our patience. I know some of you, feel you don’t have the time to meditate, but you must make the time. Just 10-15 minutes a day will save you your health and peace of mind. If you are stressing over a situation, spending some time with yourself and the Creator and Goddess will definitely energize the soul.

I know firsthand it’s easier to pick up a cigarette or have a drink or any other thing we like to do to free our minds when we are relieving stress, but unfortunately, it does not solve the problem. After a couple of minutes or an hour or two goes pass, we are back at square one! Before you know it the bottle is gone, the cigarette pack is empty, and now you feel worse, because you may have sacrificed something you shouldn’t have or spent money you shouldn’t have all due to not taking the time to think.If you are feeling lazy, shake it off, and take time to regroup. Putting off your responsibilities today will only cause issues and problems tomorrow.

Your Divine parents are here to guide you, so don’t be afraid to lay out all of your concerns during this time. We all need someone to talk to or some sense of release, so I advise you to start today meditating and freeing your mind. If you can’t meditate take a relaxing bath or go for a walk and just admire nature. Life is magical and we should be enjoying every bit of our time on this Earth. You owe to yourself to breath and take every moment one step at a time!
