Energy vs.Spirits.

There may be some confusion when distinguishing the difference between energy and the Spirit. Sometimes when we feel a certain energy in the room, we believe it may be a spirit who is around us, when in fact it's just energy that was captured in that space. In this discussion, we are going to breakdown the difference between feeling energy and feeling the Spirit.

Energy is all around us and it never dies. It’s captured any where in the world that individual has traveled, visited, or lived. All of our thoughts and actions, are recorded in the Universe like a constant echo that vibrates on and on. So, if you’re visiting a home or entering a place where the energy is off, it’s not necessarily a spirit. It can be the energy of the people who live in the home or the energy of the people who was once there.

Have you ever walked into a room or an area and just felt the vibes? It felt like the energy was off, you can feel something different in the air. This is an example of feeling energy. You can feel energy around your altar space and energy can even surround items in your home. Energy is everlasting.

Now, the Spirit or spirits come around you when they are called. Yes, there are some spirits who are just floating around, but most spirits that are around you are connected to you in one form or another. Either they know you or they are attracted to your energy (your emotions). A spirit is more obvious then energy because you feel their presence. You must call upon them or speak about them for them to join you. That’s why in spiritual work you hear people call out the deity’s name. Also, during prayer you call upon the Creator, so you’re asking for their presence to join you through the

Spirit from the spiritual realm.
