Transformation

Sit in a quiet still place where you can concentrate and block all distractions. The purpose of this meditation exercise is to get closer to yourself and where you are heading.

  1. Everything on the outside reflects what’s on the inside, so we must change the way we view ourselves.

  2. Understanding our values and morals and taken conscious action to make sure we enforced the things we value most.

  3. We must concentrate on the areas in our lives that need transformation.

  4. Anything that distracts us from our goal should hold no place in our lives.

  5. Evaluate different ways to invest in yourself. What are your goals? What are your dreams?

  6. Evaluate who you have in your circle of friends. Are they leading you to your goal or taking you further away?

  7. Who do you seek spiritual counseling from? Does this person demonstrate and portray the life you wish to live.

  8. Who’s financially guiding you? Are their finances in order? Do they have more money than you?

Applying these thoughts while meditating will allow you to dig deeper into yourself and examine your values in life.
